Friends of Iron Hill Park welcomes contributions in any amount. Friends of Iron Hill Park is a non-profit corporation, so your donations are normally tax-deductible. Any contribution you make (unless given anonymously) is eligible to be reported here for at least 12 months from the date of contribution, within these categories of giving:
Visionary: More than $500.00
Benefactor: $251.00 – $500.00
Patron: $101.00 – $250.00
Sponsor: $51.00 – $100.00
Supporter: $1.00 – $50.00
We can make best use of general-purpose funds (to fund improvements and events in the park) but we welcome specific-purpose funding if appropriate.

Grants in Aid from New Castle County Council—For the Iron Hill Park Trail Mapping and Marking Project: $1342.00 in September 2015. A further grant of $2000.00 was awarded in September, 2017 for adding more Park recycling receptacles, Trail Project Phase 2 sustainment costs, and for volunteer work, plus general operations.
